Since last Muster the Company have been on two scouts one to Tompskinville &Rays Cross Roads under Col Claiborne & was partly engaged in a skirmish with the enemies pickets near Rays Cross Roads the other on the expedition under Genl Hindhman to Green River. Part of the company had a skirmish with the enemies pickets at the Burnt Bridge on Green River [Dec] 14th & was partly engaged in the skirmish at Green River near Woodsonville on the 17th in which one Col B. F. Terry lost his life. The Company have moved camp twice since [last] muster. Once from Bowling Green toOakland, 2 [upon] Oakland to Camp Terry near Woodburn Ky.
