I certify that I have carefully examined Geo. Q. Turner (Topographical engineer, Harrison's Staff) and find him unfit for Service, because of ch. Diarrhaea. I therefore recommend that he be sent to hospital at Rome, Ga. for treatment.

Dr. Nichols,
Please allow Mr. Turner to go to Mr. Ware's house if he wishes, and give him such attention as he needs, and oblige your friend
