TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.
Know Ye, That C. W. McGehee, a Private of Captain S. C. Ferrill's Company, [ ? ], 1st Regiment of Texas Rangers, who was enlisted the seventh day of September, one thousand eight hundred and sixty one, to serve during the war, is hereby HONORABLY discharged from the Army of the Confederate States.
Said C. W. McGehee was born in Bastrop County in the State of Texas, is [20] years of age, 5 feet [ ? ] inches high, Light complexion, Grey eyes, Dark hair, and by occupation when enlisted, a Farmer.
Given at Camp Terry, KY this [ ? ] day of January 1862.
