Buell is between the forces of Bragg and Price, and it is supposed he will be captured. It is also reported that McClellan has been superseded by Halleck.
It is also reported positively that the Railroad beyond Monroe is being repaired, and that we will soon have through communication with Vicksburg, all of the enemy's fleet having left that place.
We also learn that a Chicago paper of the 19th inst., received in this city, contains an account of Morgan's taken possession of Cynthiana, Ky., distant about 66 miles from Cincinnati.
