Left at Nashville, TN in October 1861 due to illness.
Present in December 1861.
Hospitalized from April 10, 1862 to May 1862.
Possibly absent by August 1862 (Jones Roster).
Absent by April 1863.
MacMurphy reports him as court-martialed
in May 1863, and as a deserter by September 1863.
Acted as guerilla fighter in the Franklin, TN area in 1864.
Assisted W. A. Fletcher, Co. E, in TN as Fletcher traveled to regain regiment
in late 1864 following his escape from Union custody.
Claiborne reports him as captured and
escaped at some point.
