Lifelong servant of George
W. Littlefield.
Accompanied Littlefield to war in 1861 as his servant and bodyguard.
Nursed Littlefield back to health after he was wounded.
Returned with Littlefield to Gonzales County, TX in August 1864.
Member of Terry's Texas Ranger Association after the war.
Died February 1, 1936.
Buried next to George W. Littlefield at the Oakwood Cemetery in Austin, Travis
County, TX.
