Born in AL around 1840.
Resided in Richmond, Ft. Bend County, TX in 1860 with his brother J. H. Rorie,
Co. H, and T. S. Weston, Co. H, and occupied
as a printer.
Mustered into Company H at Houston, TX on September 7, 1861.
Promoted to 4th Sergeant by August 1862.
Promoted to 3rd Sergeant by April 1863.
Killed in skirmish on the Cumberland River in Middle TN in 1863.
Possibly related to J. M. Weston, Co. H, and T. S. Weston, Co. H.
