Mustered into Company G at Murfreesboro, TN on February 27, 1862 by Capt. Houston.
Suffered gunshot wound to arm during attack on stockade near McMinnville, TN on August 29, 1862.
Returned to duty by October 1862.
Suffered severe gunshot wound in toe on November 15, 1863 (Jones Roster indicates likely near Rockport, TN).
Returned to duty by February 1864.
Tranferred to 7th TX Infantry.
