Born at Tallapoosa County, AL on February 6, 1836.
Resided at Limestone County, TX much of his life.

Mustered in with Company C at Houston, TX on September 12, 1861.
Present in June 1863.
Court martialled and sentenced to dig holes for missing roll call in August 1863.
CW Love stated that he had departed, not expected to return.
Deserted at Rome, GA in August 1863.
Married in KY about 1864.

Descendant of Creek Indians.
