Possibly resided at Leon County, TX (Jones Roster).

Mustered into Company B at Houston, TX on September 7, 1861.
Promoted to Regimental Bugler in July 1862.
Present in May 1863.
Wounded at Farmington, TN in October 1863.
Rode with Shannon's Scouts on at least one occasion.

Killed in 1876.
