Mustered in with Company H in Houston, TX on September 7, 1861.
Served as musician.
Reduced in Rank due to "incompetency."
Promoted to 3rd Seargent by August 1862.
Promoted to 2nd Seargent by April 1863.
Reduced in rank to 3rd Seargent in May 1863.
Wounded in the nose at Chickamauga, GA on September 20, 1863.
Listed as present in September 9, 1863.
Listed as present in March 1864.
Member of Shannon's Scouts.
Killed in skirmish near Sandersville (or Andersonville), GA on November 11,
1864.
