Acted as a KY state senator.
Acted as a representative in the U. S. Congress from 1833-1835.
Resided at Galveston, TX; occupied as a lawyer and judge.
Joined Terry's regiment as private volunteer, around spring 1862.
Accompanied Terry's regiment for about a year.
May have departed in December 1862, to return.
Departed for TX after July 7, 1863, and arrived in TX before August 19, 1863.
Acted as Galveston County and Harris County criminal court judge after the
war.
Removed from judge position by U. S. military commander.
Died at Galveston, TS in 1874.
