Discharged at Corinth, MS on April 17, 1862 due to illness.
Rejoined regiment, in Company I, by August or December 1862.
Received severe thigh wound at Chickamauga, GA in September 1863.
Missing and supposed captured by October 1863.
Present by January 1864.
Furloughed in January 1864.
Captured in Jackson County, TN in February 1864.
Forwarded (possibly) to Louisville, KY in February 1864.
