Born at GA around 1837.
Married Elizabeth Ann Clark on June 7, 1860 at Lynchburg, Harris County, TX.

Served in Company C.
Member also of Captain Crossons Co. F, Hardiman's Regiment, Texas Cavalry.
Received wound (possibly) in 1863.
Received discharge in 1863 for medical reasons.

Murdered, with his brother Benjamin Franklin Johnson, on the front porch of their home at Robertson County, TX on September 9, 1873.
Buried together at Robertson County, TX.

Elizabeth Ann applied for a pension from San Jacinto County, TX on August 14, 1899, Application No. 03573.
