Resided at Plum Grove, Fayette County, TX in 1860 with parents and five siblings;
occupied as a student.
Serevd in B. Nichol's Regiment, 9th TX Infantry.
Transferred to Company F in August 1864 (Jones Roster) from Waul's Legion.
Wounded at Tuscumbia, AL and La Grange, TN.
Suffered slight head wound at Bentonville, NC in March 1865.
Died July 14, 1919.
Buried in Old City Cemetery, La Grange, Fayette County, TX.
