Ill in June 1862.
Present in April 1863.
Suspected captured in Middle TN with Lt. J . W. Baylor from October 1863 until at least February 1864.

Returned to Colorado County, TX.
Married Lydia Alice Harbert.
Moved to Jeffersonville, Tazewell County, VA in the 1870s.

Died August 5 [or 10], 1883 of Bright's Disease in Jeffersonville, Tazewell County, VA.
