Possibly resided at Galveston County, TX.
Described as 5'6" with brown hair, fresh complexion and blue eyes.

Mustered into Company F at Houston, TX on September 7, 1861 by Capt. Holt.
Wounded in the charge at Fallen Timbers near Shiloh, TN on April 8, 1862.
Promoted to Captain and Assistant Quartermaster.
Present in December 1863.
Suffered wounds to both arms and captured near Dandridge, TN on January 17, 1864.
Forwarded to Rock Island, IL in February 1864.
