Enlisted in the Gonzales Rebels, Texas Cavalry, 25th Brigade, Texas Militia
under Captain L. M. Rayburn in May 1861.
Transfered too Company E of Terry's Rangers at Gonzales, TX by Lt. Harris
on April 21, 1862.
Andy Jones roster indicates he may have been promoted to Sergeant.
Captured at Murfreesboro, TN on December 31, 1862.
Fowarded to Camp Douglas, IL.
Forwarded to City Point, VA.
Exchanged at City Point, VA in April 1863.
Present in February 1864.
Died by 1882 according to Claiborne.
