Mustered in with Company D in Houston on September 7, 1861.
Promoted to 2nd corporal by August 1862.
Captured at Triune, TN on December 7, 1862.
P aroled at Chattanooga, TN in April 1863.
Promoted to 1st corporal by December 1863.
Wounded by a gunshot to his right wristat Coosaville, GA in October 1864 and hospitalized
Became intoxicated and was sent under guard to Macon, GA prison hospital in 1865.
May have been hospitalized at Meridian, MS or Cuthbert, GA by January 1865.
Returned to regiment by February 1865.

Died by 1885.
