Resided at Columbia, Brazoria County, TX in 1860; occupied as an overseer.
Mustered into Company B at Houston, TX on September 7, 1861.
Absent on duty as wagon driver by January 1862.
Driving wagons in April 1862.
Suffered mortal wound (both legs shot off below the knee, apparently from
artillery shell) and left at Perryville, KY in October 1862.
