Reported by Bunting to have carried Colonel Terry's body from the field at Woodsonville, KY on December 17, 1861.
Wounded at Murfreesboro, TN on July 13, 1862 when horse fell on him.
Served with B. F. White's Artillery Battery from July 1862 to April 1863.
Present in March 1864.
