Enlisted into Company D at Houston, TX on September 7, 1861.
Reported as absent without leave from January 1864.

Married January 1, 1864 at Marion County, AL.
Acted as Justice of the Peace in 1873.
Died December 22, 1915 at the Masonic Home for the aged near Arlington, TX.
Buried at Parkdale Cemetery, Arlington, Tarrant County, TX.
