Mustered in with Company F on September 7, 1861 in Houston, TX.
Elected 2nd Sgt.
Discharged due to inguinal hernia, neuralgia due to fall from horse by January 1862.
Described as 6'0"with dark hair or gray hair, dark complexion, and blue eyes.
Hospitalized in Houston, TX.
Noted to have returned to duty without further records.
