Resided at Belmont, Gonzales County, TX in 1860 with wife; occupied as a stockraiser.
Mustered into Company E at Houston, TX on September 12, 1861.
Suffered severe chest wound at Sewanee, TN on July 4, 1863.
Returned to duty by November 1863.
Present in February 1864.
Applied for a CS pension in Val Verde County, TX. (#13546)
Died July 2, 1926 in Del Rio, Val Verde County, TX.
