Mustered into Company K at Houston, TX on September 7, 1861.
Promoted to Lieutenant in January 1863.
Missing near Blount, East TN by June 1863 until at least December 1863.
Present and 2nd Lieutenant by January 1864.
Confirmed to (2nd) Lieutenant position by election in March 1864.

Died on January 28, 1912 in San Antonio, TX.
Buried at Goliad, TX.
