Gabriel B. Beaumont

Born in TN on August 20, 1845.
Resided at La Grange, Fayette County, TX in 1860 with parents and one sibling;
occupied as a student.
Described as 5'3" with dark hair, dark eyes, and dark complexion.
Mustered into Company A at Houston, TX on September 25, 1861.
Suffered severe shoulder and left arm wound near Triune, TN on December 27,
1862.
Discharged in February 1863 due to battle wounds and resulting amputation.
Occupied as a medical doctor in Coleman, TX after the war.
Celebrated sixtieth wedding anniversary in December 1930.
