Quartermaster and last paid to January 1, 1863 by Capt. Steele.
Detached to Brigadier General Wharton's
staff in Quartermaster Department in November 1862.
Listed on July 1-December 31, 1863 Muster Roll as promoted to 3rd Lieutenant
of Captain B. F. White's Battery; Jones Roster indicates promotion occurred
in December 1863.
Discharged from White's Battery as 1st Lieutenant.
Served in Ordnance Department.
Occupied as lawyer at Mann and Baker in Galveston, Galveston
County, TX (date unknown).
