Resided at Lynchburg, Harris County, TX in 1860 with father and five siblings;
occupied as a lawyer.
Mustered into Company B in Spring 1862.
Missing and presumed killed following the charge at Fallen Timbers near Shiloh,
TN on April 8, 1862.
