Resided in Bastrop County, TX in 1860.
Enlisted in Bastrop County, TX in August 1861.
Mustered in to Company D at Houston, TX on September 5, 1861.
Present to end of war.
Tarrant County 1878-79 Fort Worth City Dir.

Moved to Fort Worth, TX around 1899.
Resided in Chidress , TX in 1902.
Member of Robert E. Lee Camp #158 of the UCV, Fort Worth, TX,
and served as its Historian for several years.
Attended the 1902 Reunion of Terry's Texas Rangers in Dallas.
Died in Fort Worth, TX on Jan. 28, 1924.
