on February 1, 1836.
Received his education in Smith County, TX.
Attended a course of Medical Lectures at Nashville, TN in winter 1857-1858.
Practiced medicine at Denton County in 1858, for about one year.
Moved to Erath County, TX and stayed there until 1860.
Resided at Stephenville, Erath County, TX in 1860 with J.
C. Lowe, Co. A and J. H. Alexander, Co.
K.
Moved to Bosque, Bosque County, TX and practiced only for a short time there,
then went into merchandising.
Mustered into Company H in spring 1862.
Hospitalized from April 1862 to June 1862 at Reinzi, MS.
Paroled at Montgomery, AL on May 31, 1865.
Cousin of Felix Grundy Kennedy, Co. C, and Griffin Bayne Kennedy, Co. C.
